On the day of the funeral, I noticed that everything about the funeral procession, particularly the hearse and limousines, as well as the respectful demeanour of you and your staff, was immaculate, something my father would certainly have noticed and appreciated. You were very kind and patient throughout, for example when we visited the Chapel of Rest, and when I first came to see you shortly after my father had died to discuss arrangements.
